Mool Mantar proves Sikhism’s unique identity

Guru Nanak Sahibs Ji’s pathway of Gursikhi starts with 1 (one). This decision could have only been taken by proving the ideas of two, or anything above two as insignificant. In order to survive on Guru Nanak Sahib Ji’s unique path, every Sikh must be able to criticize, discuss and be capable of having logical debates. If they cannot contend with this, they will not be able to gain the true knowledge that Sikhism has to offer.

The idea is that you become one with that True One God, and then understand that throughout this universe, there are over two trillion galaxies (as per NASA’s 2016 report) and within those two trillion galaxies, we live in one galaxy the Milky way. In the Milky way there are thousands of planets and we live on one called earth. On earth there are over 190 different countries, and you live in one. In that country we have one house, and even within that house you generally have around 3 or more different family members. So from having such a small existence within the universe, we should realise that each person is equal, and that we should see that God residing inside each person.

At the start of Guru Granth Sahib Ji, Sikhism is separated from all other religious through the Mool Mantar
